Funding/Financing

The funding process by way of Certified Banking Collateral and or Corporate Bonds is one that requires auditable documentation, agreements and verification. Our goal from the onset has been to establish a funding system by which the value of the project and or its resources support the actual process of funding.

We have invested a great deal of time to reach this point by establishing strategic ventures and alliances whereby the assigned assets are currently in production. The Bond process can take 60 to 90 days to complete provided all the requirements are in place.

Our approach in the area of natural resources is to position the asset for funding by applying and expanding our sales or production contracts. We then begin the actual resource extraction as part of our due diligence and production verification.

This procedure and strategy also allows us to fund public companies as well as private companies with a tremendous exit position for third party investment or participation in the form of stock.

All of our relationships are critical to this process and for that reason we do a thorough check on the resources as well as the principle players. We are pleased to be positioned to grow our own operations as well as fund those of our clients and alliance companies.
